These are just some of my food allergies I have. Some of them I was born with at a young age with and other appeared later in life. As time as gone on some have worsen to the point where I no longer can go out to eat, need to make my own gluten free breaded products since there are too many allergy ingredients in the products in the stores. That means I cook for myself for all my meals. When I go out to eat I either eat a Boston Market or bring food with me to other restaurants. I go out to eat once every 6 months now. Did you know other restaurants do not mind you bringing in outside food to enjoy your time with friends in their restaurants. I can not say every restaurant is ok with this but my roommate and her friends do this and I have also done this at a few places.
